Di dragon heart è uscito anche il terzo film. Di sicuro meglio del secondo ma mai al livello del primo. Direi che fosse piacevole, certo è triste che il massimo di draghi che ti puoi aspettare siano quelli di dragon trainer al momento.
Con l'arte digitale che avanza sempre più veloce spero che si azzarderanno a farne di più con draghi decenti e non che compaiono una volta in tutto il film.
Dragon Heart 3 è un buon esempio di ottima grafica, ma con storia un po' banale. -

Anche se probabilmente lo sapete già tutti ribadisco per sicurezza che The Allure Of Neglected Dragons, l'unico fan site tra l'altro che desse un aiuto concreto per creare neglected, ha cambiato indirizzo.
Il sito sembra ancora in fase di ultimazione, ma funziona bene e forse ci sono anche più opzioni di inserimento del proprio scroll (visualizzare o meno info su cuccioli e uova etc...)

A me la descrizione preoccupa un po' per via della parola "metallic" presente. Ho idea che non saranno tanto comuni ma andranno ad ingrossare le fila della categoria più rara anche se ovviamente è impossibile dire se saranno comuni come Golden Vyvern piuttosto che come Gold.
Sono molto felice che siano stati aggiunti draghi con colori marrone e bianco perchè ve ne erano troppo pochi in game. Per ora il mio preferito è il blu, seguito da silver, gold e per ultimo il bronze: sembrano fatti apposta per essere appaiati agli shimmer e ho idea che pure Mysfytt (proprietaria dell'ALT silver shimmer) non potrà trattenersi dal breeddarlo con uno di quelli blu.
La spriter LadyLyzar è una delle mie preferite quindi nutro grandi aspettative per l'adulto. L'artista ha un tratto molto personale di fare i musi dei draghi lunghissssimi ma a aparte questo sono ben proporzionati e colorati di solito. Ad esempio è autrice degli Heartseeker, Ribbon Dancer, Hellhorse e Brute. -

Posso mettermi anche io in coda? con molta calma, di 2nd gen ne ho già quindi se qualcuno ne ha più bisogno gli do anche una mano! Non mi ricordavo avessi un CB bronze shimmer, ti rifaccio i complimenti anche nel caso te li avessi già fatti !!!!! XD
Posso offrire 3rd gen shimmer, 2nd gen metals, 2nd gen xenowyrm etc. Ho un paio di lineage con alternative spriters e ALT o Hybrid CB. -

Il thunder non replicò, accettando l'offerta di Vahlok che manifestava indirettamente un rispetto molto apprezzato.
Tuttavia diede solo pochi morsi, accennando al fatto che aveva cacciato da poco ne giorni precedenti. Osservò l'espressione abbattuta del seragamma, come quella di cucciolo che aspetta un rimprovero e si sorprese. Non riteneva fosse andata male come prima caccia, c'erano molti fattori da considerare: il fatto che era un posto nuovo all'allievo, l'attacco del mostro delle sabbie, il calore notevole che non poco affatica le ali e la vista. Riteneva che tutto considerato non si era comportato male. Certo, ogni ambiente ha le sue asperità, e anche se il sole colpisce ovunque nelle terre dei draghi lo fa in modo divreso ogni volta: nelle alpi si riflette sulla neve, colpendo dal basso. Nella foresta è pronto ad abbagliarti con lame di luce improvvise appena i rami si spostano con il vento. Nella giungla più fitta esso riscalda l'aria che è talmente umida e pesante da voler preferire di volare nel mare e nelle terre vulcaniche rende le colonne di fumo nerastro confuse e opache, difficili da valutare. Tuttavia parco com'era di complimenti lasciò Vahlok crogiolarsi nell'incertezza per qualche ora, anche dopo che l'ebbe lasciato mangiare.
- Hai ucciso in modo netto e veloce, il che ci ha fatto risparmiare tempo per portarlo qui. E' stata una buona cosa. Ho notato che ci muovi svelto ad agile in aria, ma come tutte le viverne non possedere gli arti anteriori vi facilita in questo. Cerca di muovere maggiormente il collo, così da avvicinare le fauci più in fretta alla tua preda e diventare agile nel direzionare. Ripeto, mai il caso volle che una viverna mi fosse allieva, ma noto delle potenzialità che possono essere sfruttate in te.-
In questo periodo dell'anno il deserto era nella sua fase più torrida. Tarrquor passò il resto della giornata ad istruire Vahlok sulle sua caratteristiche principali.
E' nei mesi più freddi che si verificano più spesso le tempeste di sabbia. Se capitano d'estate sono molto più rare ma anche più devastanti perchè sfruttano le correnti che discendono dalle montagne per ingrossarsi. Per sfuggirgli bisogna ripararsi dietro una duna alta, non bassa, e scavare nel suo fianco stando attenti a tenere lontana la testa dal terreno. Gli occhi vanno tenuti stretti, il fiato trattenuto fino a che non si può riparare la testa dietro la spalla per prendere una boccata d'aria, ma sopratutto MAI e poi MAI aprire le ali se si è a terra durante la tempesta. Se invece si è n volo bisogna cercare di sorvolarla prendendo quota immediatamente. Si dovrà combattere contro correnti di vento fortissime, ma è la sabbia che rende ciechi e disorientati che bisogna evitare per prima.
Poi parlò dei Kombobath, animali solitari che si raggruppano in branchi di 5-6 solo durante la stagione degli amori e nidificano nelle profondissime Caverne dei Cristalli, sepolte centinaia di metri sotto la sabbia. Si dice siano posti bellissimi e ricchi d'acqua fresca e pura, scintillanti come diamanti e dalle pareti lisce come seta. Tuttavia giacciono nel buio più totale perchè le larve di Kombobath prima di avventurarsi nel deserto maturano in queste grotte nutrendosi dei funghi luminosi che le popolano. In questo modo crescono in fretta e permettono alla madre (che è cieca) di restare accanto a loro fino a che non la raggiungono all'esterno.
Parlarono fino a metà pomeriggio, poi approfittarono delle ore più calde per riposare. Alla sera, quando i Nebula fecero la loro comparsa nel cielo stellato planando appena per salutare riverenti il loro Guardiano, Tarrquor decise la loro prossima mossa.
- Queste viverne dai colori della notte potrebbero esserti di aiuto. Conoscono il deserto alla perfezione e sono famosi per la loro agilità: ti daranno consigli sul volo e ti condurranno dove di solito conduco i miei allievi: nel luogo adatto per farti apprendere il mio insegnamento più importante, si intende.
I nebula fissavano curiosi dal cielo senza mai avvicinarsi a più di 5 metri dal suolo. Erano avvezzi a simili richieste e valutavano Vahlok da lontano, aspettando la sua risposta. erano in cinque esemplari, maschi e femmine, giovani e anziani. erano molto simili tra loro anche se quello che sembrava essere il capo aveva colori più vividi e intensi. - Descrivi la tua partenza con i nebula. Viaggiate per tutta la notte, il giorno e e la notte seguente. Ovviamente con pause. Diretti verso delle rocce aguzze nel centro del deserto che si stagliano come pilastri giganti in mezzo al nulla. -

Il dromedario ansimava nella sua corsa forsennata, sentendosi preso in una morsa tra cielo e terra, draghi e vermoni giganti della sabbia. La paura gli fece mettere un piede in fallo, ma il suo corpo non fece in tempo ad accasciarsi a terra perchè degli artigli lunghi lo afferrarono prendendo la gobba e il collo e sollevandolo per 3-4 metri prima di farlo cadere al suolo stordito.
Il dromedario era ben più pesante di quanto non sembrasse! Nella fretta di risalire in cielo come aveva voluto il peso lo fece ricadere a terra. Decisamente una preda ghiotta e gassa che valeva tutta la fatica compiuta per ottenerla. Il dromedario semisvenuto nella sabbia non sentiva arrivare il Kombobath anche se un'onda di sabbia avanzava minacciosamente verso di lui, indicando una grossa massa in avvicinamento sotto terra.
Tarrqor fu pronto ad intervenire in aiuto del suo allievo. - Bene, ora finiscilo mentre io tengo occupato il nostro rivale.-
Detto questo si lanciò con eleganti giravolte sopra la duna di sabbia, procedendo a soffiare fulmini dalla testa alla coda del mostro, per evitare che questi alzandosi all'improvviso lo colpisse. Saette scendevano dalle sue ali come una cascata lungo un ruscello roccioso, fragorose e costanti. Se si avvicinava troppo scattava con la coda, spingendosi verso l'alto muovendo appena le ali. Un movimento fluido che non si interrompeva bruscamente, nè sprecava energie per riprendere velocità nelle acrobazie.
La massa sottoterra tremo e si inabissò, sorpresa da quell'attacco aereo inaspettato. Un gorgo riapparve qualche decina di metri più distante ed un occhio scuro con l'iride rossa fissò i due draghi in cielo per un istante. Tarrqor ne approfittò per lanciare un ringhio mentale talmente forte da far tremare i denti persino a Spyro per via della sua risonanza. Il mostro si inabissò lasciandosi dietro una gran polvere e un piccolo cratere.
- I Kombobath sono bestie enormi ed antiche che di regola evitiamo di combattere a meno che non siamo costretti. Sono troppo primitivi per comunicarci, ma li si deve saper intimidire... quasi sempre almeno-SPOILER (clicca per visualizzare)Uccidi la preda, descrivi che la si riporta alla tana. secondo me dovrebbero proporre un altro drago che faccia l'inverso, così almeno colro che sono in time zones differenti potrebbero vedere qualcosa di simile.
Una sincronizzazione dell'account al proprio fuso orario non sarebbe male. -

la versione scura è TROPPO scura e quella più brillante è TROPPO brillante. Io avrei scelto una via intermedia e fine (oppure avrei fatto meglio le sfumature)

Sono molto contenta che ci siano 3 specie molto trascurate: Pigmy, Two head e Drakes. Possono sol obreeddare tra loro, ma non sarebbe un problema se ci fossero tante diverse razze tra loro, così da creare comunque lineage varie.
Possiamo solo sperare che continuino a rilasciarne altre.
