Maybe we understand but you make a lot of mistakes sakura XD
For example "Hour" is "ora" but only on the clock. 3:50 is an hour.
To say "ora" in the way you need, you have to write and say "now". -

Try to use google translate only for the meaning of the words not to build an entire sentence.
Prova a usare google traduttore per il significato di alcune parole, non per costruire un'intera frase.
Only an italian speaker would understand you, since English requires a certain structure.

The main problem for me is tring to read in english, (because my pronunciation isn't good) but I can understanding more words than in the past. I'm composing sentences by myself now, but I still use google translate when I don't know the meaning of some words. ^^ An english user of Valley was able to understand my message.
I strongly suggest you to watch more movies and telefilm in english with italian subtitles
