Allenamento Vahlok - Dune Roventi

Vahlok non poteva crederci: come poteva aver sottovalutato un fattore così importante? Era la seconda volta che durante la caccia sotto gli occhi di un estraneo faceva un errore così elementare. Prima con Raegar dove si era fatto sentire, e ora con maestro Tarrqor. Non aveva assolutamente considerato la sua posizione rispetto al sole e si ritrovò a volare lanciando di fronte a se’ la sua pesante ombra nera e ovviamente i due dromedari non potevano non notarla. I due rachin cominciarono a scappare allontanandosi dal drago molto più rapidamente di quanto questi si aspettasse: non era abituato ad un luogo così tanto diverso da quel territorio che chiamava casa. Cercò di rimediare al suo stupido errore atterrando e scagliando da terra un fulmine per paralizzare i due animali. Ne beccò solo uno, ma questi sebbene ferito continuò a correre finché sotto di lui non si formò un cratere. No, non un cratere, non una fossa, non delle sabbie mobili, ma una vera e propria bocca. Tarrqor fece irruzione nella sua mente istruendolo di stare lontano dal terreno mentre inseguiva e, speravano entrambi, prendeva la seconda preda.
“ Che cos’era quella cosa?!” Chiese Vahlok agitato mentre staccatosi nuovamente dal terreno sabbioso cercava di tenere testa al dromedario sopravvissuto. Non aveva mai visto un serpente, verme o qualunque creatura fosse, così grande. Ne aveva visto solo il muso, ma probabilmente sotto la sabbia nuotava un mostro molto più grande persino di Tarrqor che come grandezza non scherzava.
Vahlok non poteva più contare sull’effetto sorpresa per via del sole e perché il rachin ancora vivo era già allarmato, né poteva contare sul suo soffio elettrico che non aveva fatto altro che scalfire solo leggermente il primo dromedario senza nemmeno paralizzarne il piede. Vahlok decise che il modo migliore per attaccare fosse di raggiungere il dromedario in picchiata di afferrarlo e portarlo in cielo con se’. Non avrebbe passato un istante di più vicino al terreno, nemmeno in un posto che Tarrqor reputava sicuro.

Correre = 62 ( Il drago può compiere solo Attacchi Standard e Soffio mentre corre e può usare al massimo 5 punti potere aggiuntivi ad ogni attacco)

Nascondersi = 31 (Se il drago attacca mentre è nascosto rivela la sua posizione. Inoltre può usare solo attacchi a distanza.) non è potenziabile con Punti Potere

Cercare = 8 + Punti Potere a scelta. Ogni volta che si Cerca l'avversario si sottraggono i punti usati per cercarlo alla sua capacità di nascondersi fino a che non lo si scopre.

Allora zaph non ha pi\ tempo per il forum quindi se riesco porto avanti io questa compatizione altrimenti magnema.

Sakura se tutto va bene almeno il thunder dovrei dartelo a breve. Il gold e il paper sono molto più difficili da prendere. XD

Allenamento Vahlok - Dune Roventi

Ascoltai con attenzione le parole del vecchio Thunder. I suoi occhi parvero illuminarsi alla parola Lodorak e ancora di più quando finalmente espose la sua richiesta. Non sapevo che il cuore di un drago potesse essere considerato una fonte di energia, pensavo si deteriorasse come il resto del corpo morto. Inoltre se lo desidera così tanto perché non è sicuro se unirsi o meno alla battaglia? Se dovessi perire sfidando il drago malvagio, lui non otterrebbe mai qualcosa in cambio per il mio addestramento.
Fui distratto dalle parole del Thunder che stava sparendo alla mia vista celatosi sotto la sabbia.
Cercai di imitare i suoi movimenti per sotterrarmi anche io, ma prima andai troppo in superficie e al tentativo dopo andai troppo a fondo e non riuscivo a scavarmi un buco per respirare. Non avevo mai pensato a quanto la sabbia potesse pesare sul tuo corpo ne quanto fosse fastidioso ritrovarsela in bocca e tra le narici. Starnutii due o tre volte e tornai in superficie. Bevvi un altro sorso d’acqua per schiarirmi la gola dalla sabbia e ritentai di nascondermi dentro di essa. Di sicuro Tarrqor stava ridendo di me, ma cercai di non farci troppo caso: ero abituato a essere preso in giro da cucciolo.
Il terzo tentativo fu quello buono sebbene probabilmente ero visibilissimo ad un occhio attento come quello del Thunder e forse non solo il suo. La notte passò tranquilla e stranamente silenziosa, uno di quegli assordanti silenzi che ti fa tremare. Ora mi spiego i racconti del mio vecchio zio viaggiatore quando mi raccontava che gli umani che attraversano i deserti erano soliti cantare inni alla sabbia, ai venti e alla luna.
Già alla luna. E’ piena e mi sta passando sopra in questo momento… un po’ come quei nebula. La notte è davvero magnifica vista da qui, ma è anche freddissima. Tarrqor ha mentito quando diceva che la sabbia mi avrebbe protetto dal freddo visto che è lei stessa fredda. Prossima volta cerco un mentore in un posto caldo…
Quando aprii di nuovo gli occhi, coperti in parte da sabbia portata dal vento, vidi mastro Tarrqor già in piedi che non esitò a darmi subito un nuovo ordine. Dovevo essermi nascosto male se ha notato che ero sveglio. Ubbidii prontamente al suo ordine e ci mettemmo in viaggio.
Dopo qualche ora di volo, era facile vedere il passare del tempo dato il movimento del sole e l’aumento della temperatura. Nonostante tutto non era ancora così caldo da non riuscire a sopportarlo, ma lo stava diventando abbastanza velocemente.
Finalmente alla vista dopo ore apparvero delle creature: erano due dromedari che attraversavano il deserto tranquilli. Non vedevo umani vicino a loro, che fossero selvaggi?

Mi allontanai dal maestro per cercare una posizione migliore da cui abbrancarli, possibilmente per catturarli entrambi. Essendo il deserto così vasto e senza nascondigli, soprattutto non volevo azzardarmi a nascondermi sotto la sabbia, decisi di attuare una strategia diversa dal solito. Decisi di volare alle loro spalle e lanciare un fulmine contro quello che stava guidando la fila nel tentativo di paralizzarlo più che di fargli male. Poi sarei balzato sul dromedario che lo seguiva. Era un piano azzardato, ma quel territorio così diverso da quello in cui sono nato e cresciuto non mi aiutava per niente nella caccia. Lanciai un attacco elettrico sul dromedario davanti.
